With a gentle, warm, and honest approach, I aim to empower you to take charge of your mental health and live the life you truly want. Patients can expect to leave with a sense of hope and empowerment, ready to take charge of their mental health. My goal is to help you feel confident in your ability to manage your well-being, equipped with evidence-based treatments tailored to your unique needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The treatment process begins with an initial appointment where we will discuss your personal history, current symptoms, and your treatment goals. Based on this conversation, we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. After that, we will have follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to the plan. I will be with you every step of the way to ensure you receive the support you need. The frequency of follow-up appointments will be determined based on the severity of your condition, ensuring the treatment is as effective and responsive as possible.
