I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas with a Master's in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University. I love helping children and adults work through life's challenges, whether that be anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or other obstacles. I believe that every person has the ability to achieve the fulfillment they are seeking in their life. I offer individual therapy sessions virtually, with in-person availability coming soon. I am working to become a Registered Play Therapist and certified grief counselor. I have extensive experience working with children and adults. One of my specialties is working with children who have been diagnosed with developmental, intellectual, or learning disabilities.

I am an open-minded and compassionate person. I work with each client to find the best solutions to their problems in an environment where they feel heard, validated, and supported.
