About Dr. Kayla Middendorf

Dr. Kayla Middendorf grew up on a dairy farm in Sauk Centre, MN. She completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Minnesota State University of Moorhead, where she also competed in the university rock climbing club. Dr. Kayla knew she wanted to help people from a young age. Through seeing her mom’s health improve drastically through chiropractic care, Dr. Kayla decided she needed to learn more about the benefits of chiropractic care and what it meant to be a chiropractor. After shadowing several offices and seeing the benefits herself, she decided her future would be in the chiropractic profession. She completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2019. Having a special interest in women’s health and pregnancy care, Dr. Kayla has earned her Webster Technique Certification. She holds a membership with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and finds joy in caring for babies and children of all ages. In her free time, Dr. Kayla loves spending time with her husband and their two dogs, as well as playing volleyball or rock climbing.
