I arrived there and they told me that the specialist wasn't going to be there, even though I had made an appointment for it. And then they took my insurance and my copay and while I waited after leaving the waiting room, they told me that they did not accept my insurance and I just found out that they do accept my insurance so they wasted my time. And my money and they Have an issued my refund yet
