My background spans oncology and complex mental health, which shaped the grounded, compassionate way I practice today. I combine medication management with supportive therapy, using CBT, ACT, and other principles to help you understand your patterns and make real change. I focus on anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, and emotional regulation in both adults and children. You can expect clear communication, thoughtful treatment planning, and a grounded space where we adjust your plan as you grow.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the first session, we’ll get to know each other and review an extensive history to understand what’s been challenging for you. I’ll listen to your experiences, clarify your concerns, and discuss ways we might work together. The session is supportive and collaborative, and you’ll leave with a clearer sense of next steps and how we can move forward at a pace that works for you.
