About Kaylee Turman

The front office staff were not very friendly to me upon my arrival and did not even acknowledge me. One of the worker called my name wrong, and when I informed her that she said my name wrong. Instead of apologizing she threw her hands up in the air so as to say who cares and then she walked off. I will not be going back.

Kaylee was really detailed getting my history. The office wasn’t busy from what we be seen compared to other offices and the front desk staff was attentive when I arrived. There was duplicate information asked of me between Zocdoc and then the internal system which was annoying and time consuming but it’s become an industry standard from my experience..
The wait for an X-Ray took a while but nothing to crazy maybe 15-20 minutes overall it was a average experience.

Excellent professional service, I have ever had. I went there for disturbing back pain which limits my life, had a X-ray immediately, started with physical therapy and medication same day, qnd having MR same day evening. We even had time to discuss the oral medication types and agreed with therapy.
Definitely recommended.

Thanks a bunch for being such a great listener! I had some back pain that kept me pretty confined before my visit. But by the end of the day, I was feeling much better and able to move around a bit and do some things for myself. Even though it’s a long road being back to 100%, I really appreciate your help!
