What should a new client know about working with you?

I see adults, teenagers (12+), couples, & families. I do consultation & collaboration work with teens and their parent(s), while also maintaining confidentiality. I’m a bilingual Spanish-speaker and I’ve worked in diverse communities/schools as a clinical counselor, which contributes to my knowledge of the general & special education public school programs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My therapeutic approach involves compassion, empathy, and curiosity. I provide a safe & nonjudgmental space for my client(s) to freely express their stressors, traumas, and problems.
