Hi! I am a registered and licensed dietitian with over 12 years of experience. I work with all different types of people, but have focused a lot on weight management, women's health and diabetes management over the past few years. I use intuitive eating counseling to help you improve your relationship to food and reach your personal health goals. I am really looking forward to working with you!
My approach is all foods fit. I want food choices to be easy, without sacrificing taste and enjoyment. I work with you to meet your needs and really focusing on the goals that are important to you.
In our first visit I want to spend time getting to know you. Really learn what your goals are and what you are expecting from our visits together. We will talk about your nutrition concerns as well as take a deep dive into your dietary patterns to figure out the best place to start!
