My approach begins with getting to know you—your concerns, experiences, goals, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. During the initial appointment, we’ll discuss your mental health history, current symptoms, and any factors that may be affecting your well-being.
From there, we’ll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your individual needs and goals. I believe in open communication and collaboration, so your questions, preferences, and feedback are an important part of the process.
As treatment progresses, we’ll regularly evaluate your progress and make adjustments when needed to ensure your care continues to meet your needs. My goal is to provide consistent support in a comfortable, respectful, and judgment-free environment.
