What is your typical process for working with clients?
Your first appointment is all about understanding you. We'll take time to discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. Together, we'll create a personalized care plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and supportive therapy. Follow-up visits focus on tracking your progress, making adjustments when needed, and ensuring you feel supported every step of your mental health journey.
