“To be honest, I was scared to go, because of the COVID pandemic. However, I was allowed to wear a mask throughout the entire exam. The office was so easy to find, and there was lots of free parking. Walking up to the receptionist, the interior design was very modern and looked spacious, nice, and clean. I was helped quickly, as there wasn't a line. Check-in was easy, as I'd already completed all the paperwork at home and already scanned in my insurance. My wait time was very brief. Maybe two minutes? Jennifer, the nurse, was friendly and put me at ease. I had actually been nervous, until she calmed me down. The view out the large window in the exam room was beautiful and included trees. Unlike at some practices, I didn't have to wait long for the doctor to arrive. Also, she didn't speed out of there like she had a meter to feed but took her time. I didn't feel rushed to get out of there. Instead, she answered all my questions and was personable. She even made me laugh! We went over what's going on with me and what my options are. I had a fun visit, which I can hardly believe I'm saying about an annual physical. I liked that I didn't have to wear a hospital gown during the exam. The only thing that could have been better was I wish she would have typed out her suggestions on the visit summary. I hadn't brought a pen, as I'd assumed I would be naked and without my glasses, but I guess I should have brought one, as neither happened. Christopher helped me with the after-visit paperwork and was nice, too. I am so happy I gave Dr. Tekolste a try!”

I honestly felt Dr. Keala was more interested in pushing a vaccine i had legitimate questions and concerns about on me than performing the exam.. I did not feel comfortable and felt much of the exam wss skipped over. I felt treated as a burden rather than a patient. Her nurse was very pleasant however.

After vitals and such, doc was in within 5 minutes.

First time visitor to this office and I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. I received a welcome email to coordinate my new patient paperwork (which came with a map including parking and navigation of the hospital grounds). The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient and the nurse was wonderful. My appointment started right on time. Loved Dr. Tekolste, she listened to everything I said and I didn’t feel rushed for one moment. Very happy to have found my new primary care physician.
