This was my first ever appointment with a GYN but Keavern Kirby and the other nurses in the office were extremely professional and kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. They were interested in getting to know me as more than just a patient and made me feel listened to. She quickly sent my needed medication to my pharmacy and my next appointment was easily scheduled. I would highly recommend Dr. Kirby.

My experience was great . From the front desk ‘s employees to NP Kirby, the service was incredible. You can feel that the provider puts herself in what she is doing. Good communication skills . She takes time to listen and clearly explains every step she is taking until the visit is completed. I highly recommend this place and particularly NP Kirby.

I have no complaints about my visit to this doctors office I was seen in a good amount of time the visit went well I will definitely go back I was greeted very nicely upon entry and as I was leaving. The doctors and nurses here were very helpful .

The nurses are polite and seem to like each other which is a good sign :) NP Kirby was really knowledgeable and great at treating my concerns as valid while also offering her own interpretation and potential solutions. The nurse with black hair and tattoos was also polite and straightforward. I had to go for an ultrasound and there was a lot of waiting while the tech finished with another patient, and then when the tech saw me she seemed less outgoing than the other women I'd seen, and the actual exam was basically silent. She wasn't mean, and I'm shy too, but it was just a bit startling considering that NP Kirby and the nurse had both been more talkative and explained what they were doing. Overall a pleasant experience and great to be at an all-women practice!

I had one of the more positive experiences for a gynecological visit. Keavern Kirby was very attentive, gentle, and provided information throughout the exam. I had a very thorough exam. I am very happy with her and will continue to use this facility in the future. I highly recommend her.

The staff was the best part of the visit. The receptionist were friendly, the doctor was very knowledgeable and her tone was very calming, she talked me through the whole thing as it was my first pap and answered all my questions as well as had follow up questions to get a clear understanding. The lady that did my sonogram was also very nice, we had a whole conversation throughout and I forget she had the probe in me lol.

This GYN office visit exceeded my expectations by far! When I arrived, the waiting room was empty. I was greeted upon arrival & seen by the NP within 20 minutes tops (had to fill out new patient paperwork). The staff are friendly, welcoming, & very helpful. I was supposed to see Nurse Kirby but instead I saw Nurse Ericka who was so awesome, professional, & patient with me the entire visit. She walked me through the entire assessment process step by step & told me that I was in control of the everything going on so if at any point I was uncomfortable, all I had to do was say “stop”. Never before has a medical professional told me this & it was so comforting to hear. I also needed a sonogram at which point I met Jessica, the sonographer. She too was very professional & also explained everything to me both before hand & as it was happening.
All in all, I am super appreciative of how swiftly this visit went. 5 stars because I have no complaints at all!

The last lady I saw was the worse! I will not be coming back to this office. Also, the wait time was unacceptable! They had me waiting over 3 hours.

Dr. Kirby is AMAZING. She’s extremely communicative, knowledgeable, and funny! Made me feel comfortable during my visit, talked through my issues, and offered solutions. I’d highly recommend her and this practice to all of my female friends. The staff is kind and gentle (Blood draws are never fun!) There was also no wait. Hands down best experience I’ve had at a gyno.
