Dr. Borgardt is the winner of Willamette Week’s “best of Portland” series as Portland’s Top Chiropractor for 2019, 2022, and 2023. He also received Natural Awakenings Magazine “Nattie Awards” for Portland’s Best Chiropractic Care in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2018 + 2019. Dr. Keenan Borgardt is a Board-Certified Chiropractic Physician in the state of Oregon who has dedicated himself to guiding his patients through pain and injury recovery while heavily emphasizing improvement in function along the way. His goal and the goal of all the staff at Cascade Spine and Injury Center is to get our patients out of pain as quickly as possible and build up functional resiliency so that pain never rears its head again. In an effort to provide world class conservative health care; Dr. Borgardt places a heavy emphasis on continuing education. He has advanced clinical training in Active Release Technique, Functional Range Release Technique, Motion Palpation Institute, McKenzie Institute (MDT), Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and many other certifications/trainings. This allows him to have a large “tool kit” from which to accurately assess and treat his patients with the most effective strategies available. Dr. Borgardt is currently in-network with motor vehicle accident injury (PIP), Workers Compensation (for on-the-job injuries), Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Regence BCBS, Providence, Cigna, First Choice, Healthnet, Kaiser (except CHP self-referred), Moda, Pacific Source. For those patients who do not have insurance coverage or have very high deductibles and wish to pay out of pocket for their care we use ChiroHealth USA. Originally from Astoria, Oregon, Dr. Borgardt received his B.S. from University of Oregon where he was a Dean’s List recipient. After graduating from U of O, Dr. Borgardt attended University of Western States Chiropractic College in Portland where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
