What should a new client know about working with you?

I am laidback, do my best to make appointments comfortable/stress-free, and incorporate humor where it fits. Reaching out for help is difficult. Mental health treatment itself can be stressful; I hope to make appointments something you don't have to dread. Let's work together to get your life back.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will involve getting an overview of your current concerns, background, and treatment history. It is important for me to get to know you as a whole person, and not just your symptoms. We will review goals for treatment and whether medication/medication adjustments are right for you. From there, we will follow up regularly to make sure your symptoms are improving and adjust course if needed.
