Dr Bates is an amazing chiropractor. I used to have neck issues frequently, but those have stopped since seeing her.
I am now pregnant and continue to see Dr Bates, because she is certified to practice with pregnant women. I have yet to feel the lower back pain that most pregnant women complain about, and I credit that to her. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking chiropractic care!

Dr. Bates is an excellent chiropractor because she treats the whole patient. She does an adjustment, checks other joints and then makes suggestions about stretches that will aid in resolving a problem or maintaining physical well being. I highly recommend......

The team at Journey has been fantastic since day one!! I found Journey family Chiropractic by Google search after I had thrown my back out on a Sunday. Dr. bates got me into the office within hours and I was quickly on the mend. I have been seeing Dr. Bates for over a year since my initial back incident and my regular adjustments have kept my back feeling great. I highly recommend Journey Family Chiropractic for emergency relief or preventative care.

The office is welcoming with cold waters and quick snacks which make those after work/school appointments more pleasurable. The office nearly always runs on time with minimal waits. Dr. Bates listens well and addresses issues promptly. She was able to fix issues with my right hip on the first visit. I have since referred others to the practice and now even bring my spouse and teenager. I highly recommend her practice.

It's going to sound like I'm overtly fawning over Dr. Keisha, but as you can tell by the other reviews posted she is absolutely phenomenal. I've dealt with significant issues in my neck and along my scapula for several years; have tried massage, PT, dry needling and other chiropractic doctors to no avail in alleviating the issues. I went to Dr. Keisha who went the extra mile in getting to understand the issues and their likely root cause, but in her examination before beginning treatment. I did not expect much relief after one session, but wow I was shocked at the difference pre/post session and am now happy to call myself a regular client of Dr. Keisha. I feel so much better and have limited to no issues with my regular activities. Do yourself a favor and go see one of the best doctors in any field that I've encountered.
