The MA was also very sweet, engaging and listened to me. Although my appointment was at the end of the day, I didn't feel rushed, which is big for me.

Everyone at this office is so kind and really made me feel comfortable! I actually had the courage to ask those important questions about my anatomy and felt like no question was a dumb question. My original reason for visiting this office was because I needed to replace my IUD, but now I am going to continue using MI/OBGYN for all of my needs because I can’t imagine feeling this comfortable and safe with any other office.

This was the first appointment I went to by myself, so I was nervous but everyone was super clear, friendly, and helpful! I instantly felt comfortable as soon as I walked in :)

Went to MI OBGYN for my first ever well-woman/annual exam, and I was SO anxious for the new experience. The front desk woman was so kind and helped me through the check-in process. The medical assistant seemed to be around my age and she quickly found common ground with me and it calmed me down a lot. She was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. Kelcy was THE BEST she was so so kind and listened to all my concerns and explained herself very clearly. She was very gentle throughout the breast exam and the pap smear, and the MA was in the room as well and was paying very close attention to me because as soon as I winced in the slightest she was checking to make sure I was doing okay. 10/10 experience. Keeping faith in women’s health alive. I will be a long time patient for sure.

I absolutely love this office. Kelcy and the other various staff members are so kind and patient and truly care for me. Everyone there has meaningful conversations with me and honestly, this is one of the only doctors' visits I don't dread. I hope I never move too far away to come to this office. Thank you to all who work there for making this office a comforting and warm environment. I was thinking after I left my appointment today that I should send the office flowers because I really do love them there so much! <3
