When I booked my appointment (more than a week in advance) I noted in my intake form that I was looking to continue care and have prescriptions refilled (I specified the type of prescription). The provider notified me less than 24 hours before my appointment that they could not prescribe that type of medication. When they notified me less than 24 hours before my appointment that they could not fulfill my main goal of care, they advised that I cancel. When I did, I was charged $165 for canceling within 24 hours of the appointment (despite not being told about the mishap until within 24 hours). The system did not allow me to message the provider directly, and I am still trying to get a refund from BrightHealth (to no avail). I would recommend staying away from this provider
