“Only saw this doctor for the first time. From my experience most doctors today go over things and move on to your next steps. This was pretty much same thing a few questions, basic answers, and follow up recommendations along with more wellness tests. Over all, everything was fine for what I was there for. Just would have liked a bit more concern about what brought me in. ”

Was my first time at the doctor in quite some time and she made me feel totally comfortable, explaining everything we were going to do and telling me being nervous was totally normal. Didn’t feel judged when answering questions about my health/daily habits which is always a relief. Overall was a great first visit.

Honestly, I'm also a bit anxious when it comes to finding a new provider, but Dr. Heinrich made me forget any of my worries immediately and only made me feel more comfortable and cared for as the appointment continued. Before I left, I knew she was the provider I wanted for my daughter so made that switch and looking forward to also having her as our PCP as I navigate her medical needs and care alongside of mine.

Felt she was cold and apathetic to my health. Felt weird vibes the moment she came in to the room. Even though it says she can diagnose ADHD, she said can't help you go elsewhere. Waste of time.

Dr. Heinrich was really nice and thorough. She answered all my questions and concerns. The appointment was quick and easy. All staff were nice and very helpful. Parking is not great, they do have a small parking lot but every spot was taken when I arrived. Had to find parking on the street which was a bit difficult. But overall I genuinely enjoyed my appointment and will definitely keep her as my primary going forward.
