I was a patient at Bluebird Kids Health (Palm Beach Pediatrics) as a kid, and it's been a lifelong dream of mine to return back to this practice as a provider. I take an easy-going, patient-centered approach and enjoy working collaboratively with families, always guided by evidence-based best practices in medicine. I love all ages, and I have a special passion for the newborn stage. Having personally found it to be one of the most challenging seasons, I want to be able to offer guidance and support to families during this time. I'm currently pursuing certification as a lactation consultant and look forward to offering these services soon. I stay happy and healthy by... exercising -- it's my favorite form of self-care. I love going to the gym, taking bike rides with my family, or enjoying South Florida's beautiful beaches. As a kid and teenager, I struggled with exercise because I saw it as a chore. Now, I've learned that the more I move my body, the more I appreciate it, and the better I feel both physically and mentally. VACCINATIONS@BLUEBIRD KIDS As pediatric clinicians—and parents ourselves—we believe in preventive medicine and that vaccinations are safe, effective, and vital to prevent serious illness, suffering, and even death. We recommend patients follow the American Academy of Pediatrics vaccination schedule, as our own children do. We will work with families who wish to learn more about vaccines if they meet our minimum vaccination requirements (school schedule). If parents choose not to vaccinate at all, we respectfully recommend seeking care with a pediatrician more aligned with their beliefs.
