Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend this office.
I understand that my appointment would have been better in person. But they had plenty of time to contact me and let me know. Instead the video appointment happened and it felt like the doctor was annoyed the entire time. Then at the end she signed out abruptly as I was in the middle of thanking her. I didn’t go in person because I knew there was nothing they would physically do and would probably just refer me to someone else. And in the end that’s exactly what happened, I still need to go to a different doctor. The appointment made me feel even more justified not going in person especially for how I felt I was treated. The receptionist however was great, nice and caring.
