Hi, my name is Kelly Anderson, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. I was born and raised in New England and now reside in Jacksonville, FL. I have passionately curated a wide-variety of all-inclusive care throughout my career in psychiatry. My previous roles include positions and experience in (Northeast & Southeast USA) multiple inpatient hospital psychiatric units, outpatient private practice, substance use facilities (detox and residential), emergency departments (ED) psych units, crisis stabilization units (CSU), correctional facilities (Duval County), Intense Outpatient (IOP)/Partial Hospital Programs (PHP), LGBTQ+, post TBI/stroke psych care (Brooks Rehab consultant), intellectual disabilities (ID), autism (ASD), active military, community care for Veterans (VA CCN), 1st responders, geriatric psych and more. *************************************************************************** *Access to order a Genesight testing kit directly to your home if interested (covered by most insurances/will be verified prior to testing). *Referrals to a neuropsychologist for a neuro psychological eval if interested/clinically appropriate.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Kelly has been amazing. She has vast knowledge about a variety of treatments, and really listens to her patients. I have felt safe with Kelly, and I know that she has my best interests in mind when treating me. I have referred family and friends to her because I have been so pleased with how welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable she has been.
I am very thankful to have met ARNP Anderson. Very Professional and understanding. I do not feel like you get that with most Pyschiatrist and that is what they lack. She possesses Empathy and is not at all robotic and just going through the motions like most. She has compassion in her words and listening ability. I would see her a million times over any other Pyschiatrist.
