Over the years, I have realized the benefits of incorporating various therapies and disciplines into patient care. I am certified in Applied Kinesiology, Spinal Correction, Nutrition, and Graston Technique, and have extensive training in Metabolic Medicine, Acupuncture, Neuroemotional Technique, and Sacro-Occipital Technique. I integrate my knowledge of these techniques to provide the best care through an integrative approach. I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. I continually take courses to perfect my craft and expand my knowledge. I pride myself on guiding patients to optimal wellness through specific chiropractic care while empowering and educating them on chiropractic benefits and the Elements of Optimal Wellness. For the past five years, I have integrated metabolic medicine into my practice. Many suffer from imbalances causing digestive issues, hormone imbalances, chronic fatigue, brain fog, uncontrolled weight gain, and chronic inflammatory diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and autoimmune conditions. Through my metabolic wellness program, I have helped many patients overcome these challenges. I focus on evaluating and treating the whole person, not just symptoms. My mission is to educate the world on Optimal Wellness, deliver quality health care, advance Chiropractic and Integrative Medicine, and restore the health of an ailing nation. Wellness is a team effort, and we are in this together. What made me pursue chiropractic? I wanted a path that evaluated the whole person, not just symptoms. Having lost loved ones and witnessed others suffer from health conditions as a child, I knew there had to be a better way to health.
