She took the time to talk me through particular concerns and questions I had during my appointment, made me feel comfortable and explained what she was doing in helpful, relatable terms. Hands down the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a doctor’s office.

Kelly was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was my first eye exam in many years, and she did a good job of using her hands, elbows, ears, etc. to let me know exactly where to look. The appointment went quickly and painlessly!

Dr. Cai was wonderful, very personable and knowledgeable. I’m still a bit unsure whether I was overcharged for my contacts exam, I don’t remember paying such a high amount with my insurance in the past. Other than that, great experience.

Dr. Cai was super efficient and I got in and out at exactly the right time. My entire experience in the office— from the receptionist, to Dr. Cai, and Jasmine, who help me pick out some sweet new frames— was above and beyond.

I have Medicare usually Dr rush me in and out of the office. Dr Cai took her time. I was very happy. She answer all my questions. I will come back next year. The optical has a great selection of frame, the customer service is great.
