Optometrist was very insightful It was unclear that my exam would actually be done by a technician, and that the optometrist would interpret and share results over a Microsoft Teams call. However, I trust everyone's work, but I would have appreciated knowing that up-front.
Great experience overall, Dr. Goswick was both very personable and explained things very clearly. Staff was friendly and the office was clean with very modern equipment. My only gripe is that my meeting with the doctor was conducted via a video call, but this was possibly because I went on the weekend and didn’t make any real functional difference.
Súper profesional and helpful, from the very thorough review of the exam results, to the actual examinations themselves, and down to the casual conversation about what prescription is the cutoff for Meta glasses. Everyone in the office was kind, helpful, and courteous.

Nice doctor, but requested a routine eye exam and after the fact found out they had included a retinal eye exam which I had not requested, and then had to pay for. I would encourage patients to ask questions about total cost of services ahead of one’s appointment to not get overcharged like me!

For all of you folks seeking a FANTASTIC eye doctor I highly recommend this one. Modern facility, highly knowledgeable and caring, friendly staff and the best part... a doctor who actually spends time with you...listens and explains everything. You will not be disappointed.

I needed an urgent appointment, I was seen the next day by very professional staff and Dr.Goswick. He very kindly explained what was happening to my eyes, ordered eyeglasses that were preferred by me and ready by 1:30 same day as well calling in medicine for my eyes.
I set an appointment up and they didn't disappoint. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with a smile. Dr. Goswick was very welcoming. He joked around a bit which really made me feel comfortable. He also gave me tips on how not to strain my eyes working at a desk all day. I was given a prescription for glasses and the staff helped walk me through the different types of frames and even recommended different types for me to try based on my facial features.
I had an emergency situation with a corneal abrasion. I was able to get in and see the doctor same day. I was able to get the medication I needed to start and help the healing process. The doctor was very nice and extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns.
Excellent attention to detail and very thorough. Dr. Goswick recommended a completely different prescription from the one I had been using for years, and it made a big difference. Highly recommended, especially if you are not entirely satisfied with your vision.

Everyone is always pleasant and never push you to buy anything. They do, however, make great suggestions. During your appointment they take the time to explain everything they are doing and/or looking at or looking for. Went in for a "checkup" and I was informed my eyes were working too hard and daily wear glasses would be needed to prevent a rapid decline in vision. Dr. Goswick walked me through how I would benefit from a prescription lens. Then you visit the optician side of the practice. The staff was patient and helped me find frames that fit me as a person. Upon receiving my lenses I needed a prescription adjustment which was done quickly in one visit.
Dr. Goswick is an incredible doctor. He takes time to listen to concerns and addresses then honestly and with compassion. He doesn't rush which is hard to find in doctors these days. All of the support staff are incredible. From the receptionists, assistants and technicians. They are helpful and supportive. The exam is thorough and from getting the proper prescription and lense type to meet your needs, you will also get all the help you need to find the right frames. Simply put, they are the best!
