I became a Certified Nutritionists Specialists and licensed Dietitian and Nutritionists after passing a board certified exam and completing 1000 supervised hours. I specialize in Womens health, hormonal, prenatal, postnatal, mental health nutrition, pediatric nutrition and chronic health conditions. I also hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a a 200 hr yoga certification with a focus on mindfulness. I have over 16 years experience in healthcare.
