About Kelly Farrow
I have been a primary care provider in Rochester, NY, for nearly ten years. After spending much of my career in larger healthcare systems, I decided to start my own private practice to deliver the kind of personalized healthcare I believe my patients deserve. I hold a Master's in Family Health Nursing from the University of Rochester, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
My goal is to create a more relaxing, boutique environment where I can offer care without the rushed, transactional feel that has become so common in healthcare today. In my practice, I strive to build strong relationships with my patients, ensuring they always have access to me when they need it most. I believe that healthcare should be as unique as the individuals I treat, and I'm committed to delivering care that not only meets but exceeds their needs.
