“Good listener. Relatable. Easy to talk to. I originally thought the call was to a therapist and then found out shortly after the start of our video call that she was a nurse and dealt more in prescribing medication. I was initially embarrassed and frustrated with myself but she explain to me this was okay and that she could help me with finding the right therapist. We continue for 45 nins and I believe that with her diligence I will be connected to the right therapist. Also my original appointment was set for a certain and when it was time to call and start the appointment I was dealing with 2 of my 3 kids and trying to get one ready for their first soccer practice. She noticed I was stressed out and said I could call back when I get everything settled down. I really needed that.”
