Hi, I’m Dr. Kelly Horowitz, a licensed clinical psychologist passionate about supporting adults as they navigate life’s complexities. I work with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger, personality disorders, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I’m especially honored to support veterans and their families, helping them process difficult experiences, rebuild trust, and move forward with clarity and strength. My approach to therapy is flexible, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique journey. I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), both of which encourage emotional insight, self-compassion, and meaningful action. Together, we’ll work toward your goals in a way that honors your values, pace, and lived experiences. I earned my Doctorate of Psychology from Adler University in Chicago and completed my pre-doctoral internship at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health needs. I’m committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care that empowers each client to find healing and resilience.
