After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kelly earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Molloy University. I was led to the exam room and told to change into a gown, which I did. I then waited over 35 minutes without anyone giving me any additional information. I then put my clothes back on and left the exam room without getting any additional help or information. As I left I asked to be refunded the copay and I was told me they couldn’t refund me the copay and that they would have to talk to the office manager. An obviously one star experience.

On Zocdoc, I made an appointment for one of the doctors at this practice, but the appointment was changed to see a PA. Not a satisfactory outcome considering it was my first visit at the office. It did not appear as if any of the doctors were even there at my time of visit.
