I love that she was an African American, and very knowledgeable to my care and needs. Very easy to talk to about my needs. And took care of all my concerns, not like past primary care providers where only one or two needs are being met first and then come back later for other concerns.

Make sure you find out if they are in your network before going even though you pre check in and send your info ahead of time they don’t check to see if you’re insurance is accepted until you show up so annoying I missed out on a trip to find out they don’t take my insurance and they tell you to be there 15 minutes early but they don’t tell you they don’t open their office door until 9 am but I was there at 845 the whole experience suck

Bad, don’t waste your time, I was waiting for my prescription,my husband had to call them 2 times and the office staff was very rude, they never call me back to give me my results and they didn’t send the prescription to the pharmacy.

This doctor office isn't able to prescribe all psychiatric medication I don't think should be listed under psychiatrist refills availability they cannot write you your anti-anxiety narcotic prescription along with your other meds they don't write what doctors should be authorized to write so it should be known and you shouldn't need to go see them in person at all if they don't write narcotic prescriptions I just wish I would have not wasted my time

It was a pure bait and switch. I went in for a Cardiac Clearance. They told me the Zocdoc put out false information on treatment. They do not do Cardiac Clearance tests. They wanted to become my primary care doctor. I filled out many forms just to be told the service I ordered was not available. That Zocdoc advertised services they did not provide.

Let me be clear I am only leaving a review because zocdoc keeps asking to leave a review. I was not seen by anyone in this office because I scheduled my appointment the night before and when I was headed to the office in the morning I called the reception and she was honest and clear that the system had double booked appointments for the same time I was given so the wait time would be very very long. I’m glad I called before driving to the office. Something I suggest anyone to do especially when booking through zocdoc or any online scheduling services. I had to cancel my appointment for this reason. But my only interaction with the office was a friendly one.

I really appreciate her LISTENING TO ME! Her allowing me the freedom to speak and really hearing me and letting me explain my concerns. She didn’t cut me off, she didn’t reject my concerns, she acknowledged me and my concerns. She was so kind and nice but very professional in her response to how she can help me but also making sure the proper steps are made.
She was honest with me and that made me feel secure in wanting to receive her help and listen to her knowledge. It’s been so long since I’ve been heard and as an African American woman that’s all I want to be is heard and she allowed that! I really really do appreciate her!!

My experience was the best I’ve had in a long time. Since I’ve been in Vegas the last 2 years I have not been able to find the right primary care office and After this visit, I have been sold. Ms. Kelly was beyond my expectations. She walked me through my concerns and even set me up to address other health issues that I was not even scheduled for. I love Ms. Kelly and the staff already !

Started out making the appointment took over 2 hours to pre-register for the appointment on the phone every time I touch a button it would send me back to the beginning and I was sitting in my truck having problems breathing three of the nurses came out and I showed him what I was needing for my elbow and joint and I said they could not do anything and recommend it I go straight to the hospital never got to see the doctor or even made it into the buildin

They came up as an allergist which I was happy to find. One of the staff even called to confirm the appointment and asked what the appointment was for. You can imagine my shock when the woman at the front desk (nice lady) had to apologize because the office was for a PCP, which I already have.
