“Manhattan Women's Health and Kelly Lu were incredible! I've always been bad about bringing myself to the gynecologist but my experience at MWH and with Kelly was so thorough and educational! Kelly helped address all of my questions and concerns and made me feel so at ease! Everyone at the office was so nice and scheduling follow up appointments was super easy. The online portal for results is also easy to set up. I also love the location. Would highly recommend! ”

I didn't really feel that the providers were as compassionate as I wanted, and the front office was atrocious. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful in scheduling and made it seem like helping find care for me was a chore. I didn't appreciate the way the front office treated me.

Thorough & incredibly thoughtful. Dr Lu took her time explaining various options, without feeling pressured or judged. A woman’s health care office run entirely by women!

It was my first time seeing NP. Kelly. She was super sweet, attentive, listened to me, I felt cared for and taken care of. Also I was not rushed or kicked out as usual from other busy offices.

I initially made an appointment with Kelly Lu, but after speaking with the office about my specific concerns, they thoughtfully referred me to another doctor who could better address my needs. Still, I had the chance to meet Kelly Lu and the rest of the care team, and they were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They immediately noticed I was uncomfortable and made every effort to help me feel at ease. I felt truly cared for and am actually looking forward to my future visits. Highly recommend this office!

When I went in. I was late as I was in traffic but they still took me in. They are very clean. Doctor is amazing she understands and gets straight to your concerns and any answers
Any and all yours questions. She also asks questions and explains everything very throughly. I would recommend her 1000% to anyone who is looking for a OBGYN. She is on top of my list of one of best doctors I ever had . Thank you doc and stafff!??

Kelly took the time to listen to my concerns, I was not rushed. She explained possible reasons for my symptoms, allowed me to vent my frustrations with my issue and we came up with a plan moving forward. I finally feel like I have a plan to deal with my ongoing problem.

I saw Kelly recently for persistent symptoms that I have been struggling with and she went above and beyond to figure out what was really going on. She was kind, thoughtful and patient. She asked the right questions and really took her time with me. I highly recommend her and will definitely be back!

Amazing, fast, but thorough & corteous. Painless explained exam as we want. I felt heard my concerns were not dismissed. My medications was at the pharmacy soon after I left the office.
