About Dr. Kelly Miranda
Dr. Miranda (formerly McKeon) is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and completed her residency in Podiatric Surgery at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. During residency, Dr. McKeon participated in research and training to gain exposure to a wide range of podiatric pathologies, with a focus on podiatric surgery, plastic surgery, and orthopedic surgery.
She further specialized and received additional surgical training through a Pediatric and Adult Foot and Ankle Surgical Fellowship in Atlanta, Georgia, concentrating on elective reconstruction of foot and ankle pathologies for both pediatric and adult populations.
Dr. Miranda was born and raised in Springfield, PA. She holds a bachelor's degree from Mount St. Mary's University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, running, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and traveling. She is excited to have the opportunity to serve this community and address its podiatric needs.

Dr. Miranda was excellent. Very calm, approachable, and competent; also, incredibly quick. I think, all told, I was in the office for less than 45 minutes, and I never once felt rushed or like I was in the way or an inconvenience or anything. Everybody was helpful, and Dr. Miranda took care to explain my options for future treatments and answer all questions.
Arguably the best doctor experience I've had in the DC area? Checked in the second I walked in, then almost immediately taken back to a room, and the doctor was there maybe 30 seconds after the tech walked out of the office. Immediate service for the x-rays, and then a short wait for a clear, thorough debrief. 10/10, I've already recommended her to my friend who was on a waitlist for a different podiatrist and now she's got an appointment for next week,.

Dr. Miranda is excellent. I got sudden significant pain from an emerging ingrown toenail. Zocdoc showed Mr. Miranda was available the next day, in network, and close by. She saw me the next day and helped fantastically. She is friendly and relaxed and knows exactly what she's doing. Strongly recommend.
