I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care for adolescents, adults, and older adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, OCD, insomnia, bipolar disorder, and psychotic-spectrum symptoms including paranoia, hallucinations, and delusional thinking in outpatient settings. My approach combines evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can build coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and work toward lasting stability and personal growth.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, we will take time to discuss your current concerns, mental health history, symptoms, stressors, goals, and any previous treatment experiences. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you feel heard without judgment. Together, we will explore how your symptoms may be affecting your daily life, relationships, work, school, or emotional well-being. We will also review medications, coping strategies, sleep patterns, and overall functioning to develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs. Clients can expect a collaborative approach focused on education, support, symptom stabilization, and realistic goals for improvement.

My greatest strengths include providing compassionate, attentive, and individualized psychiatric care while building strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and I work collaboratively with clients to create practical and achievable treatment goals.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Dr. Pledge was very easy to talk to. She was very nice and a good listener. She made sure to explain what was being asked and give examples when needed. She also gave me the time to think about my responses. She handled the entire appointment with professionalism and efficiency.
