This was the fastest doctors appointment that I’ve ever had. I walked in and didn’t even finish the new patient paperwork before they called my name to go back to the room. The PA came in quickly after I dressed in my gown. She was thorough with my skin check and biopsied a spot on my back. There was more of a monologue vs dialogue while I was there, but the information presented was helpful. The appointment was thorough and quick; I was out of there within 20 minutes.

I was able to book my appointment online. I had seen Kelly before. I was seen very shortly after I arrived. Kelly was welcoming and friendly as well as respectful. She asked if it was OK to have another person in the room to take notes. She explained everything clearly and asked several times if I had questions or concerns.
