“Finding a doctor though Zocdoc was amazing and easy. I have googled, called and never able to find availability for new patients. Zocdoc provides detailed information if doctor is accepting new patients, what type of insurance they accept and the days and times of availability!!! This is now my to go app for dental, family doctor, specialist etc. highly recommend it ”

I really like Kelsey. I thought she was a great listener and did not brush off any concerns I had about my morning sickness. The office/ examining room could be much cleaner. I also wasn't aware that I'd get a full body head to toe and pap smear when I came in for a first prenatal visit. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time with a phone call or something. I also didn't get an ultrasound on that initial visit which was a little disappointing. The staff was friendly and like I said I really like Kelsey so I will continue to see her a little longer and see how that goes.

I appreciated the layout and positive assumptions and the care of the team made me feel more comfortable about my initial visit. I just had my first prenatal visit here, and it was a really positive experience. From the start, the check-in was simple, and Kelsey made me feel comfortable even though I haven’t been to the doctor in years and know little about my family’s medical history. What stood out most was how kind and approachable the midwife was, she didn’t rush through things. It felt very personal and supportive instead of just clinical. I also liked that she explained what’s next, so I left knowing what to expect. Overall, I’d definitely go back. It felt like a safe place to start prenatal care, and I appreciated how she took the time with me instead of rushing through.

what a fantastic experience! i am traveling out of state and live on the road full time, so booking appointments in a new area could get tricky. all of my nerves went away as soon as i stepped into the office. the staff was beyond friendly, and Kelsey was so kind, personable, and informative. they made the entire process smooth and easy for me, and i actually felt listened to!

I was seen promptly by really kind and professional MAs and seen after a short wait by the ARNP. She was so patient, personable, and knowledgeable! I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed at any time during the appointment, and they clearly are well trained in trauma informed care. 10/10 would recommend.

I waited 40 minutes in the lobby for my appointment, and the office staff never checked in or updated any patients, including me. I eventually had to leave without being seen.

Dr. Lee and Kelsey are both super knowledgeable and informative practitioners. I always feel cared for when I come to this office. There is a bit of a wait, but that's because they are really great about seeing everyone and taking their time with patients. I really recommend this practice!
