She was wonderful! I’ve gone to other (male) providers and they typically do not listen. But this Dr? FANTASTIC. I explained why I was there, she was so comforting and calm, quick to diagnose, and quick to calm me down after I panicked. I also asked her to clean my ears and she did it so quickly (other male providers would say “no you don’t need it because there’s not enough wax” even though there was wax present)

Ms Mothersole was quick, helpful and informative. She was able to provide me with other options for my TMJ & loss of smell. Check in was very easy, and I was called back in less than 15 minutes. Office was towards the back of building but not hard to find at all. First person who took my vitals was communicative and attentive.

Doctor Morhersole is very humiliating I would never recommend anybody go to this practice they didn’t even have my appointment on the books even after I confirmed it three times so I had to sit and wait till they were done even though I confirmed it through there app Zocdoc. They seem to not know very much of what’s going on around there office and just wanted to get rid of me once I got in to see a Dr horrible manners..

This was my first visit to Dr. Mothersole's office and everything went flawlessly. Dr. Mothersole listened carefully to what my issues were then did some examinations so that my treatment could be planned. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Very efficient and professional!

Dr Kelsey Mothersole listened to my concern and did a thorough examination. Afterward we discussed treatment. I agree with her theory of beginning with the easiest treatment to see if that helps. I would definitely recommend her.

I was very happy with the service I received and my interaction with staff. I was frustrated to find, upon arrival that NONE of the private paperwork I filled about via ZocDoc was transferred to or received by the office. Not only did I have to redo all the forms, but no one could tell me where this sensitive info is/who has it or why, since the office did not. This is very concerning to me and I plan to look into it further.

WORST experience trying to see a doctor. Was my first time going to this doctors office and arrived 15 minutes early to finish my paperwork. Waited over an hour in the waiting room and finally asked what the time frame was and she said probably another 45 minutes till you actually see the doctor. I left and will never be coming to this doctor again. Should never have to wait that long for a scheduled appointment.

I’m extremely frustrated with my appointment. I was needing to be seen after an ER visit and it took almost 2 weeks to be seen. By the time I was seen the problem had already resolved itself. The doctor looked in my ear and I was sent on my way within 25 minutes of showing up - most of which was spent waiting for the doctor to come into the room. Her bedside manner was fine. But when I got to the front desk expecting to pay my co-pay,I was informed that I had a “procedure” done. All the doctor did was look in my ear and I was never informed that this would be coded as a procedure therefore costing me SIGNIFICANTLY more than I feel was fair for the amount of time I was there. In fact the doctor never even asked if I was ok with this “procedure” she just laid me back and did it, no explanation or instructions at all. I honestly wish I had never gone to this ENT, what a waste of time and money.

The appointment went like a well-oiled machine. Since it was my first time to see Dr. Mothersole, I arrived 30 minutes early so I could fill out any paperwork needed. After that, the wait was only a couple of minutes. Dr. Mothersole and her staff were exceptional. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would.
