About Kelsey Smith
Kelsey Smith joined Northwestern Women’s Health Associates in June 2017. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Indiana University and her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing.
Kelsey is trained to provide gynecologic care including well women exams, contraceptive counseling, STD testing, lactation education, and treats acute gynecologic conditions including vaginal infections, UTIs, and breast concerns. She is passionate about patient education and strives to make her patients feel safe, heard, and involved in their health care.
Kelsey lives in Chicago with her husband, two children, and dog. In her free time, she loves to read and spend time with her family and friends.

It was my first time visit for an annual wellness exam. literally every single person I interacted with was so kind and welcoming. I didn’t feel judged and all my questions/concerns were addressed respectfully. E-check in at this office was nice because I showed up right when my appt was scheduled for and was seen almost immediately. For the exam + labs I spent less than an hour there total. Will definitely be returning!!

Had a great experience with Kelsey today! The medical assistant that signed me in was fantastic and was a great communicator. Kelsey was equally attentive and listened to everything that was going on. She did a great job at listening to get the whole picture before jumping to solutions, which I really appreciated. The appointment was quick, the wait time short, and overall it was a great experience. The parking was easy at 475 E Huron - it is attached to the building. I recommend getting a SpotHero!

Kelsey Smith was amazing! I have been searching for an OB-GYN for a couple of years now and the search is finally over! I saw Kelsey and had a wonderful visit. She took the time to listen to all of my issues. She walked through pros and cons of various treatment options. She gave me a thorough exam and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She was so kind and knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease. I can’t recommend her enough! In addition to her being a wonderful provider, the practice altogether was great. Everything from the front desk staff to the nurses and phlebotomists that I saw were kind and professional. Highly recommend this practice and Kelsey Smith.
