Kelsey Stauffer, SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist
PA
Hi, I’m Kelsey! I became a speech-language pathologist (SLP) because communication has always felt personal to me. Growing up with two hearing-impaired sisters, I saw firsthand how meaningful it is to help someone connect, express themselves, and feel understood. That experience inspired my passion for helping others find their voice. I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan, from toddlers to centenarians, in a variety of settings, including preschools, K–12 schools, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), rehabilitation hospitals, and Level I trauma acute care hospitals. My clinical experience includes evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in both pediatric and adult populations. I enjoy working with a wide range of ages and diagnoses, and I’m especially passionate about creating therapy plans that feel meaningful and practical in everyday life. My approach is client-centered, functional, and individualized, with a strong focus on each person’s strengths, goals, and daily routines. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s collaborative, empowering, and rooted in what matters most to the client and their family. I’m passionate about helping clients build confidence, strengthen self-advocacy skills, and make progress that carries over beyond the therapy session.
