I prescribe psychotropic medications, do motivational interviewing and coaching, and use tried and true techniques to address the gamut of mental health disorders. Know that there's no shame in asking for help. In fact, it's commendable-for your own sake and for the sake of your loved ones. More about me, I’m originally from AZ but have called the PNW home for the last 16 years and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I graduated from UW in 2017 so have a few years of prescriptive practice under my belt. Before that my background has been in psychiatric and medical/surgical bedside nursing. As for my interests I enjoy yoga, rock climbing, hiking, movies, gaming, gardening, and chess, to name a few. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
