About Kendall Melendi
Kendall Melendi is a native Floridian, born and raised in Tampa Bay. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in nursing and her Master’s degree in Family Nursing from the University of South Florida. Go Bulls!
Between programs, Kendall worked as an RN at St. Joseph’s Hospital, specializing in cardiology and post-cardiac surgery. She also served as an adjunct instructor, teaching undergraduate nursing students at the University of Tampa.
Kendall currently resides in Seminole Heights with her husband, Ryan. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, rock climbing, yoga, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
Her passion for dermatology stems from improving the overall health, wellness, and self-esteem of her patients through preventative skin care and the early diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic skin conditions. Make an appointment with her today!

I called to the office before the appointment to ask if the doctor is specializing in hair loss. They confirmed. When I arrived, it’s occurred, this doctor wasn’t specializing in hair loss and they offered me another doctor, who wasn’t at the office at that time but was on her way. During the visit I realized, the doctor is not enough professional in my issue. She didn’t ask about blood tests, wouldn’t prescribe it if I didn’t ask her about it. Wouldn’t use a trichoscope for diagnose alopecia, if I didn’t ask. Just a loosening my time. I’m not sure in the diagnosis at all.
