What should a new client know about working with you?

Kendra is passionate about her profession and takes great joy in helping others. Kendra offers thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care that is tailored to meet your individual emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs. She understands that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood. Kendra believes in empowering her clients to own their healthcare and partners with them to achieve the best health outcomes. Kendra believes the key to a therapeutic relationship resides in trust, open communication, a good laugh, and occasionally a hug when needed.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In her practice, she will conduct an initial consult which consists of fact-gathering, understanding previous medical and psychiatric history, identifying and understanding the impact on the patient, and assessing for major life stressors. Also during the first visit, a partnership between the patient and provider will be formed and together they will create a care-plan that will best meet the patient's needs. This care-plan will be continuously modified in follow-up visits as the provider-patient relationship strengthens.
