About Kendra Hayes

My background is in intensive care working with patients with chronic kidney disease, heart disease, or tube feeding needs. Additionally, I have worked in weight management/bariatric centers, a diabetes clinic, a renal/liver transplant clinic, and people with eating disorders. A golf-loving husband, two adorable and very spoiled dogs, and two energetic tween boys keep me busy. In my practice, I focus on meeting clients where they are in their journey. My goal is to make sure you feel empowered when you leave my virtual office. I am genuine, personable, and compassionate. The experience will be empowering and you'll feel heard. As I listen to your needs, I'll come up with a nutrition plan that you'll find useful and effective.
