After earning her BS in Applied Nutrition from NC State University, she went on to complete her MS in Nutrition Science at Meredith College. Through her education, she discovered her passion for supporting others through individualized, evidence-based nutrition care and empowering them to reconnect with their bodies. Kenly’s recent experience includes working at a local eating disorder treatment center with adults in the residential, partial hospital, and intensive outpatient settings. Gaining experience supporting individuals facing eating disorders, disordered eating, and co-occurring mental health challenges. She also draws from her background in sports and movement, enjoying the opportunity to help clients rebuild a healthy, sustainable relationship with physical activity. She especially enjoys working with clients healing from eating disorders, those exploring intuitive eating, individuals reconnecting with movement, and anyone seeking weight-neutral care during pregnancy and postpartum. Her approach centers on meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experience, and partnering with them to make their goals feel achievable and meaningful.
