He was insightful enough to suggest a referral for a CT scan and a follow-up appt. to an ear surgeon for further invesigation of my problematic left ear collection of granulation tissue. We discussed the possiblity of surgery on a cholesteatoma. The office receptionist prepared appts. for me very graciously. Dr. Andrews wants to take care of this ear problem before it gets worse.

Don't go here. Went in for a routine visit and was overcharged for basic services without any explanation beforehand. The front office staff is very unorganized and were not able to keep up with the patients coming in and out.

Readily available and knows what he's talking about. He's probably in his mid 30s, but his age was never an issue. I've only seen him twice but I have been impressed both times by his knowledge and schedule.

The doctor was very patient as I asked my questions, and very thorough in his assessment. I never felt like I was being rushed through, and he answered all my questions very much in detail. He was very practical in his recommendation, and I loved that there was no wait. In fact for my followup, I showed up 20 minutes early and he saw me right away. Definitely recommend.

The office was very atypical as it was in an apartment building. The front desk administrative was very slow and their computer seemed to be malfunctioning so this delayed their setting up of my file. I had filled out all paperwork online prior to arriving at the office and they hadn't put anything together or gotten anything ready. It was a little frustrating because I was on a short time schedule and they didn't seem to really have anything prepared or ready. Once I saw the doctor I was in and out, so I know the hold up was just the front desk.
