Mr. Kenneth Restor is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) at Silliman University in the Philippines. He went on to earn his Master of Science Degree in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in Family Practice from North Park University in Chicago, Illinois. Kenneth is a certified Wound Care Nurse since 2015 and a Wound Care Nurse Preceptor through the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy. He is also a Certified Crisis Program Interventionist since 2014.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Kenneth completed several internships around the Chicagoland area with major rotations in primary care, pediatrics, and internal medicine. Kenneth finished his residency training in psychiatric advance practice nursing at Dr. Parisi & Associates, P.C. in Mount Prospect. Kenneth also has experience working as a visiting advanced practice nurse for those clients who are unable to go to outpatient clinics for services.
Kenneth has received more than twenty-five awards for nursing care excellence rendered in inpatient settings and has brought that same level of professionalism and commitment to excellence to his clinic in Hinsdale.
Kenneth resides in Skokie with his family where he enjoys having family time together, traveling the world with his friends and family, reading books, cycling, running, bowling, attending plays and movies, and watching documentaries on TV. Kenneth also loves to volunteer his time in remote communities to provide primary care to underserved populations. He has served as a chairman for several medical missions and sprearheaded an earthquake rescue mission in the Philippines province of Negros Oriental.

Dr. Keneth is such a very considerate healthcare professional. Take his time with his clients to provide them with the best that meet ther need. Never make you feel rushed. Understand your concerns completely while he’s very knowledgeable about the field of medicine and psycho-pharmacology. Honestly much more than other physicals . Although I’m sure there’re other psychiatrists who are also knowledgeable however most of them don’t take the time to know you and your specific struggle. Most of them who even familiar with the psychotropic medication they don’t spend more than 10 or 15 minutes with their clients and that’s usually first time. Alter they might leave your refill with the receptionist not even with a nurse. Dr. Kenneth spent an hour with his clients, have then answer questionaries to determine what features they might struggle with and then he can be very confident about the best medication Will help them the most with the least side effects. Also he spend time talking with his clients or patients to learn more about them and consider the possibility of using natural supplements , exercise, and other techniques to avoid prescribing medication if possible and when his patients want something else other than medication. He is such an empathetic person who truly care about his clients. Unfortunately I haven’t much experience with physicians in general and psychiatrists in particular who are usually driven by money and see patients as numbers.
It’s a great choose to see Doctor Keneth. I read about his reviews and they were so true.

This was my first visit with Kenneth and I am so glad I went!
No wait, he took thorough notes and listened to my concerns. Was not quick to adjust more than one med because this was my first visit and I really appreciated that. Easy to get a hold of too!

Dr. Restor is completely different than any other doctor that I've ever seen before, and in a great way! He's very thorough and you can tell he cares about his patients. The best part is that he's only a text message or phone call away. Most doctors make it nearly impossible to reach them outside of your appointment time, but Dr. Restor is the complete opposite. 5-stars!
