What should a new client know about working with you?

As part of my prescribing approach, benzodiazepines (such as Xanax, Ativan, or Klonopin) are only used on a short-term basis (Max 7 days) when clinically appropriate, with a focus on safe and sustainable alternatives for long-term management. For ADHD care, I prioritize continuity and responsible prescribing. I typically continue treatment for clients with an established diagnosis and treatment history. Ongoing follow-up appointments are required for stimulant medications, and all care decisions are made collaboratively with an emphasis on safety and effectiveness.
