“Front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming. The nurse was nice enough. The facility was clean. They have snacks and water if you need them. I arrived at 1:55 p.m. for a 2:15 PM appt. NP Zoe Paschkis came in at 3:06. She apologized for the wait, said she didn’t know I was waiting—it happens. I would recommend this practice based on the staff alone. It’s a challenge to find people who appear to really care in the medical field these days. Although Zoe Paschkis wasn’t who I booked my appointment with, she was attentive and I felt comfortable.”
