What should a new client know about working with you?

I am fully committed to supporting your mental health, and I believe the best results come when we work together as a team. While I provide the clinical guidance and tools, your insights and daily actions are the most vital part of the plan. I cannot navigate this path alone; I need your partnership to ensure we are moving in the right direction.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our journey begins with a comprehensive, full-system mental health assessment. This initial session typically takes about one hour. During this time, I will be transparent and clear about your diagnoses as we begin your treatment. I want to emphasize that I am here to work with you as a team; I cannot do this alone, and your input is the most vital part of our success. As we move forward together. Your diagnoses and treatment plan may evolve over time as we learn more about what works for you. Any changes to your medications or clinical path will always be a mutual decision made between us. While I typically see patients roughly every 3 months, I am always open to meeting in shorter increments if you feel you need more frequent support. These sessions are designed to be 30 to 45 minutes, allowing us ample time to check in and adjust our strategy as a team.
