Getting to know Kerobin Lapawon
Kerobin Lapawon, MSN, APRN, BC, has 14 years of nursing experience, beginning in the medical-surgical department in Jordan, then moving to the emergency unit in Saudi Arabia, followed by home health nursing in Canada. She discovered her passion for mental health through her clinical work as a psychiatric nurse at the Intensive Mental Health Unit at Maine State Prison in the U.S. in 2019. Kerobin earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Louis University in Baguio City, Philippines, in 2008. She completed her Master's in Nursing at Walden University in Minnesota in May 2022 and became board-certified in Florida in July of the same year.
When Kerobin isn't caring for her patients, she enjoys spending time with her family. She also serves God by attending Sunday Mass and being an active member of Couples for Christ.

A big factor in working with Kerobin is that she takes the time to know you and listen to your needs as she would her own family. Your full health history, and circumstances are respected and utilized to guide the treatment plan. Kerobin’s patient care philosophy of individualized treatment for mental health is focused on an optimistic, multi-cultural approach that is evidence-based to finding solutions for the total remission of symptoms. She also believes that recovery is possible. Kerobin treats patients with dignity, and respect in a safe, non-judgmental space where they can freely share their needs in struggles.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

She was extremely rude and unprofessional. On her profile it said that she’s in Florida, than after a 40 minute conversation revealed to me she’s not even aloud to send any prescriptions into a Florida pharmacy as she is out of state. Total waste of my time. She then told me she would refer me to another doctor that is in state. It’s 3 hours later and she still has not sent me anything.
