I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this doctor. From the moment I joined, the doctor was rude, dismissive, and unfriendly. I felt as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than something that deserved genuine attention and respect. A medical appointment should leave a patient feeling heard, respected, and confident in their care, but unfortunately, I left feeling uncomfortable and disregarded. I understand that medical professionals have demanding jobs, but that should not come at the expense of basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope the doctor takes this feedback seriously, because patients deserve to be treated with dignity and compassion. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor.

I’m honestly not sure exactly what happened. Unfortunately, she was not willing to listen or even point me in the right direction to get the help I was looking for.
She initially said we had an hour to talk, then after I began explaining my situation, she cut me off saying she can’t help and began referring to a 10-min policy and had to go. I then asked if she can’t help, can she point me to some who might?
She then terminated the call. I was a little shocked by what happened, the lack of professionalism and empathy for others.

I was asking to be prescribed a medication to help me stay awake and aware for my job as a commercial fisherman. This is a non stimulant non narcotic with a low abuse profile that is specifically prescribed for things like Shift Work Sleep Disorder—for people who work jobs that have challenging or demanding shift hours (overnight) with dangerous responsibilities (heavy machinery). I mentioned that I know people I work with who have the prescription and say it make the 48 hour stints without sleep feel much safer and let me try it a few times. The nurse practitioner took this to imply that I wanted the medication for recreational purposes and clearly wrote me off as somebody just looking for drugs. The interaction struck me as unprofessional, dismissive, and ill-informed.

Very rude person and did not feel they were in my corner. Did initial appointment with her, abrupt, unclear instructions, not kind. Did a follow up appointment after completing tasks they requested and hoped would be better. Even more rude at second appointment, which lasted two whole minutes and was an incredible waste of time. I do not understand the high reviews for her as my two experiences were horrid and would not ever recommend this clinic or her as a Provider with such a vulnerable type of patient. ZERO STARS

Not a good fit for me. The focus on positive thinking and DBT felt like band-aid and generic helps that I can offer to myself without professional intervention. Nuance was absent. Out-of-date depression treatment approach came across as a focus on weight control and being more grateful.

I was very disappointed with the professionalism and communication of this provider. I felt dismissed by her from the start and throughout our consult, it seemed as if she was profiling me based off my appearance and, what I suspect to be, implicit biases. I never leave reviews on any platforms, but felt this review was necessary.

I had booked my appointment for an autism screening and made mention in the info that I also needed adhd screening. I told her when I got on the call that I needed diagnosis to start work and she changed her tone with me and told me that she couldn’t do autism screening even though her account information says that she does. She then gave me the number of another specialist who does not take my insurance and got off the call. Very weird behavior. Not sure why she felt the need to lie to me.
