Are you not sleeping well because of a constant churn of worries? Does the pressure to 'keep it all together' overwhelm you? Maybe trying as hard as you do and excelling in your work is exhausting you, and yet you still don't feel like what you're doing is enough. Maybe there's a pile of tasks you've been avoiding. Or perhaps you’ve been stuck in cycles of spiraling thoughts, self-criticism, or panic attacks that freeze you. You don’t have to solve this alone. In therapy with me, you’ll find a space that feels open and steady. We can change your life for the better by finding you the tools to manage anxiety, in a warm relationship. I have the sense of humor and the experience to deliver quality DBT. That's a type of therapy equipped with the tools to release patterns of shame and fear. As a queer provider myself, my speciality is in making meaningful change for LGBTQ+ adults. Anxiety and ADHD happen for so many of us, and good therapy can get you un-stuck from those cycles. Warmhearted, research-backed treatment makes real change possible. Schedule a consult call with me to find out how.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You need tools to handle your emotions and to sustain relationships. It takes skills to stay focused on what is actually important. The tools that work in my life come from DBT, a type of therapy I have the training and experience to deliver. DBT was not designed with queer people in mind; my job is to take the skills and make them work for LGBTQ+ people.
